The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Beaumont-en-Véron offers this charming 150 m² house with swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a shower room and a 1,200 m² garden. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A 60 m² living room with TV, Wifi (fiber optics), sofas and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Tassimo pod coffee maker...
- Bathroom with shower.
- Separate WC.
Upstairs (3 bedrooms accessible via the living room staircase and 1 via the kitchen staircase):
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140×190).
For even more convenience: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A swimming pool (private, unheated), open from April to the end of October (opening dates non-contractual), fully fenced, measuring 9.5×4m and ranging from 0.70 to 2m10 deep.
- A lovely, south-facing, fenced garden of approx. 1,200 m².
- A south-facing terrace of approx. 80 m² with furniture to enjoy the warm weather.
The house is ideally located in Beaumont-en-Véron, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Sightseeing: Chinon (cultural, historical and gastronomic visit), Saumur (the pearl of Anjou), Richelieu (city of one of the most influential ministers under royalty)...
- Sports activities: walking and cycling...
- Cultural visits: château d'Ussé (in the fairytale footsteps of Sleeping Beauty), Fontevraud Abbey (Europe's largest monastic city), château d'Azay-le-Rideau, gardens of château de Villandry...
- Gastronomic heritage: haut Poitou melon, sainte-maure-de-touraine, Anjou and Saumur wines...
- Events : Blues festival, medieval market in August, wine rallies at the end of June...
Transportation:
- Up to 7 vehicles can be parked directly on the property.
- Nearest train station: Saumur (25 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Tours (45 minutes by car)

- Bed linen included but towels not supplied on request at extra cost
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.

- A second house is located in the immediate vicinity of the property, with no dividing boundary.
- The accommodation has different levels, with a few steps separating them.
- All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent, opening dates non-contractual.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
- The terrace and parking space are occasionally shared with the owners.

Maison Meslaie "This house is perfect for stays with friends and family: plenty rooms and space within communal areas such as living room, kitchen and outdoors. The pictures online don't do justice to how we've experienced the house! It was idyllic and cosily decorated.
Many amenities, kitchenware, soft towels, games, etc. So you don't have to pack too many additional gear to make life easy and comfortable. E.g. my kitchen towels from home went back as clean as I packed them ;)
I am pregnant at this time, so it was an inconvenience that the bathroom is downstairs while the bedrooms are upstairs. And unfortunately the pool was indeed closed, although advertised as open until end of the month. Minor incoveniences that you should know just in case, but never spoiled our stay!"

Maison Meslaie Fantastic place to spend a holiday, and lots of space for 4 adults and a toddler to enjoy. A really well equipped kitchen, and all the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a family getaway somewhere quiet.

🙂 The location was excellent, a lovely french house with plenty of room and facilities. Beautiful large garden with sunloungers and pool. Lovely patio equipped with umbrella and outdoor furniture to sit out and eat outside. Very friendly and helpful hosts. We loved it."

Maison Meslaie "Quiet location. Lovely Pool.
🙂 Loved the pool and the patio area. The children played in it loads. The walled garden was great for the dog. The house has everything you need in it. Lots of stuff and the air con was a bonus on a hot day. Hosts were lovely and although they have a house on site they were not there so we felt it was private.
🙁 Very quiet location which is a personal choice. I would have liked to be in walking distance to bars, a baker and a restaurant. There is a lot of stuff inc ornaments and equipment in the house that must make it difficult to keep clean. Maybe less stuff would be helpful."
