This comfy, two bedroom condominium is located in the town of Shalimar and has awesome views of Choctawhatchee Bay. Sit back and relax on your balcony and watch the boats and dolphins while sipping your favorite beverage. Designed to sleep six with two private full baths. This condominium is a great get-away for a romantic weekend or family vacation. Convenient to Eglin AFB, this condo makes a great home away from home for TDY or contractors. We also welcome transient military that need a place while moving into our out of the area.
Incredible views from the balcony with plenty of comfortable seating for dining alfresco. Living room boasts queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa for additional guests and large flatscreen TV for watching the game (streaming only, your account). Private Wifi is also available in this unit.
Fix a meal in your well equipped kitchen which includes blender, ice maker, dishwasher, and all the conveniences of home. Dining area has seating for six.
Ready for fine dining and nightlife? There are many options in Fort Walton Beach and Destin (check out the guest book for recommendations).
House Rules
Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age (active duty military exempt). No smoking/no pets. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.
This property sleeps 6 people!!! If we determine you have more than 6 people, we will charge a fee of $100 per person, per night.
This property does not allow pets.

We were just having a girls weekend. This location allowed us a waterfront view without the cost of staying by the beach. The place was clean and there was adequate space for the three of us. The ONLY downside was the neighbors seemed to have to slam their door to shut it. It was a small thing tho. I would book here again if i return to the area.

We loved the view and patio this place had to offer. It was limited on space but the perfect reading and coffee nook for 2 people. One night, we even watched fireworks from the balcony that were across the bay in Destin. The master bedroom was quite spacious with plenty of storage. They offered pool noodles and such and the pool onsite was great. The only negative wasnthat there was onsite laundry but not actually in the unit. But nothing unmanagable. Really enjoyed our time here.

Myself, my 9 year old, my parents, and my brother stayed for 10 days in Feb 2026. Overall, I wouldn’t rebook. The MD, Ken, was proactive and responsive to our issues. He explained the prior guests were long-term and cleaners only had one day, but the condition still felt lacking.The beds were short-sheeted, and the shower liners were red and slimy with mold (replaced after complaint). Paint was massively peeling from ceilings and there were holes in tiles and walls. There were suspected mouse droppings (insect larvae?) in bedside tables and kitchen cupboards, so we rewashed every dish. Dirty knives were in the knife block. Garbage was under a bed and the TV unit, plus a year-old (!) pack of cookies in a cupboard. A lamp had a loose fitting (fixed after complaint). The sleeper sofa had a dirty mattress protector and no sheets, and we were short pillowcases (supplied after asking). We requested the 175 cleaning fee be waived and were refunded 30.One neighbor was arrested at 7am after a prior police visit, another neighbor complained about my child playing at 6pm. A watermain burst and we were without water for hours, asked the workers while heading to central toilets. The support team didn’t know the pedestrian gate code so we got stuck until a car passed.Positives: amazing balcony views, some friendly residents, easy Roku TV, fast coin laundry, smooth self-check-in, reliable wifi, full-size fridge and good kitchen equipment, and effective air conditioning. /end
