Reviewer Comments:
Kirkland Cottage was great location, beautifully decorated, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, excellent gas grill. The only disappointment was the pool was closed all week. Day one was open but green and couldn’t see the bottom, the morning of day two the pool guy said chlorine was a 10 so safe but later that day sign was posted no swimming & next day it was closed so they could drain it which took several days to complete. So NO POOL for our week vacation which was a BIG disappointment. PLUS we had TWO condos rented in the complex for the week & and the majority were not beach/sand lovers. Other than that, the condo was perfect!

Reviewer Comments:
Kitchen is not well appointed at all. Missing several key utensils. Needs new knives, can opener, spatulas, grilling utensils, tubberware, etc. Mouse droppings found in the drawers. Bathrooms were dirty. Floor was dirty. This rental needs a deep cleaning and maintenance. Paper towel holders are coming out of the walls. The only good thing I can say is the beds were very comfortable.
