This centrally-located house has the best of both worlds— you can stay busy with a walk to the shops and restaurants on Broadway (12 min walk), stroll over to the art district on Beekman (8 min walk), take a short drive or bike ride to the State Park/SPAC (6 min) or enjoy the vibrancy of the Saratoga Race Track (7 min drive). When you need a quiet place to relax, you can return home to sit on the patio while your children play in the yard or cozy up on the couch to watch a movie on the 65” TV.

Our host, Nikki, was very nice and easy to work with. Upon our arrival, the house smelled so fresh and was very clean. Property is just a little over one-half mile walk to shopping and restaurants on Broadway, which was perfect for us. House has off-street parking which accommodated our 2 vehicles. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was wonderfully spectacular, such a great house in a great location with great setting and great hosts…we will definitely come back to stay here again!

Cute home and walking distance to downtown. Host was in contact always and very helpful.
