Stunning rural and coastal views and nature trails set in 15 acres of woodland valley, Newquay and Padstow are close by and The Eden Project is within easy reach.. Ground Floor:
Open plan living space.
Living area: Freeview TV, DVD Player, CD Player, Patio Doors Leading To Patio

Kitchen area: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bedroom 3: Bunk (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Attachment, Toilet. Both properties: Air source heat pump central heating and electricity (first £10 included, remainder by meter reading), and bed linen included. Cot and highchair. Utility room with £1 coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other cottage on-site). Payphone (shared). Enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only. No pets in July and August.. Situated in a lovely rural valley and surrounded by open countryside, this pair of delightful holiday cottages enjoy wonderful views over to the sea at Mawgan Porth. Away from farm traffic, on a small organic working cattle and sheep farm, enjoy watching the young farm animals, or feel free to walk the nature trail set in 15 acres of woodland valley, which is home to a variety of wildlife. Mawgan Porth, 2 miles, has a wonderful sandy beach and an 18-hole golf course. Both the resorts of Newquay and picturesque Padstow are within an 8 mile radius. The Eden Project is also within easy reach and Watergate Bay, is only 3 miles away. The idyllic village of St Mawgan, 1 mile, has interesting antique and craft shops, a pub and post office with tea room and a Bonsai nursery. Porth View (B5601) and Merlin View (B5602) can be booked together to accomodate up to 12 guests.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES for both properties at Higher Lanvean Farm - The first £10 of electricity i is provided, thereafter by meter reading.

We had a wonderful stay.The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed.The only problem we had was the size of the bunk beds. My 14 year old is tall and it’s not a full size bed so she couldnt stretch out as there are walls at each end. Would be suitable for ages 11and under.Other than that…a great place to stay

we all enjoyed our stay in this peaceful part of Cornwall. House clean and provided everything we needed including a beautiful evening walk. shop within 3 miles at Mawgan Porth. Would stay her again.

We had a lovely stay here, it was only for 3 days and I wish we had booked it for the week instead of the hotel we stayed at the few days before. A little awkward to find but it was certainly worth it. Will definitely look to stay again in the future, the picturesque views were a real highlight for us. Our dogs felt very comfortable and enjoyed sheep watching from the garden! Couldnt fault the cottage, it is literally home from home!

What a lovely place to stay, I've been visiting Cornwall for over 50 years, as a child with my parents and now with my wife and dogs and I think I have really found a real jewel of a place. After staying here for 6 nights I can safely say I was totally relaxed by the time I had to unfortunately leave to go home, I will definitely be back.
