SKI-OUT LOCATION
One of the best parts of Giant Steps 12 is the location. The condo sits directly at the base of Brian Head Resort, giving you convenient ski-out access without having to load everyone and their gear into the car each morning.
Hit the slopes, return to the condo for lunch or a break, and head right back out when you're ready.
Giant Steps Ski Lodge and lifts are right nearby, and dining and other Brian Head conveniences are within easy reach. During the winter season, the free Brian Head town shuttle also makes it easy to explore other parts of the resort area.

Rental Agreement:
After booking, guests are required to complete and acknowledge our rental agreement and property rules.
Winter Travel:
Brian Head is a high-elevation mountain destination and can receive significant snowfall. Winter road and parking conditions can change quickly. Guests should arrive in a properly equipped vehicle. 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended during winter conditions, along with appropriate winter tires and/or chains as conditions require.
