Lovely and convenient to downtown. We were in town for a show at the Orange Peel, which is maybe a 12 minute walk away? It worked our beautifully. Nice to be downtown without worrying about parking, too. Hosts were gracious, but not intrusive.

Here’s a polished VRBO review you can post:We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish—responsive, helpful, and easy to work with.There was plenty of space for me and my two adult sons, and we never felt crowded. The home was well-stocked and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting the area.

Highly Recommended!Justin, Autumn, and Cedar are wonderful hosts, and their property is an absolute gem! It is clean, beautifully laid out, and perfect for a small family or a group of friends.Perfect Location: We loved walking to downtown shops, restaurants, museums, and the local minor league baseball stadium (Go Tourists!).A Peaceful Hideaway: Even though we were less than a mile from the downtown, the property felt completely relaxing and quiet.Great Amenities: We spent our mornings drinking coffee outside listening to the birds, and our evenings unwinding on the big, comfy couch watching movies on the projector screen.Convenient Sightseeing: It is a quick, under-10-minute drive to the Biltmore Estate. It is also close to hiking and other attractions.If you need a wonderful two-bedroom home base in Asheville, I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Hosts are nice but unobtrusive.House is close to downtown Asheville, and to other places in Western North Carolina you may want to visit.All in all a very good place as a base for a visit to Asheville and WNC.
