This quiet, comfortable cottage is in a rural setting on the borders of Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire making it easy to access the attractions of all three counties.. All on the Ground Floor:
Living/dining room: Freeview TV, DVD Player, CD Player
Kitchen: Breakfast Area, Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Ensuite: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Travel cot, available on request. Welcome pack. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. Bike store (by prior arrangement). Private parking for 4 cars. Situated in a peaceful courtyard on the owner’s non-working farm, this really charming and comfortable holiday cottage adjoins farm buildings and offers a good quality home from home and a lovely enclosed orchard overlooking pastureland.
The historic market town of Newark is 5 miles with its castle, cobbled centre, river trips and museums .Within a half hour’s drive are Belvoir Castle, Burghley House, Belton House, the lovely town of Southwell with its ancient minster church and NT workhouse. The ancient stone built town of Stamford and Lincoln with its amazing cathedral ,castle and historic centre are within 20 miles.
There is a village shop, butchers and pub within 3 miles and a supermarket, various takeaways and three pubs within 4 miles.

Very comfortable cottage, plenty of room, host lovely and helpful. Local pub temporarily shut but The Five Bells, couple miles away great beer and food.Plenty to do in area.

Lovely cottage. Very peaceful rural location yet close to Lincoln, Newark and Grantham. Friendly owners next door. Local pub 5 minutes drive/30 minutes walk away with well kept beer and standard pub food.
