The 2500 square foot brownstone opens to a grand entryway, and continues to a large stylish living room, dining room with table for 8, powder room, and a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances including a double oven, and granite countertops. The kitchen opens out to a private deck with a patio surrounded by lush landscaping.
The 2nd floor features a luxury master bedroom with a King temperpedic mattress, and en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi and stand up shower. There is also a laundry room with brand new washer and dryer.
The 3rd floor offers 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a double bed and one with a twin bed with a trundle that rolls out into another twin bed. A den with a TV and a full size futon and full bathroom completes the 3rd floor.
WIFI and Cable are included. Kitchen offers Keurig machine and Nespresso Machine (some coffee K Cups included).

Absolutely beautiful home in the perfect location. We were able to walk to most of the sites. I would give this home 5 stars with the exception of 2 things. First, the dishwasher was still full, and the bedding for the upstairs bedrooms was still in the washer and dryer when we checked in. Second, it was difficult to get ahold of the host. Text messages and VRBO messages took days to get a response. These are my only complaints and they can be explained away by life happens. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Boston needing 4 bedrooms. You can’t beat the home or location.

The home in Charlestown exceeded expectations. Location was great and the house was perfect for a girl’s weekend in Boston - we were surrounded by Boston charm. Home is lovely and Kate is a wonderful and responsive host. Hope to visit again!

The location couldn’t be better. Beautiful neighborhood community with quaint local restaurants and coffee shops and a surprising number of locals pushing strollers or out walking dogs. Only a 30 minute walk to downtown and famous historic sites or a quick 10 minute UBER ride. The residence was very nice! It is registered with the historical Society and they kept many of the older features with some modern upgrades.We will definitely be staying here during our next trip to Boston!
