Über diese apartment dieses Ferienunterkunft
Welcome to a completely reimagined apartment in the prestigious Kolonaki neighborhood, one of Athens' most elegant and walkable districts. After a full top to bottom renovation, every corner of this home has been rebuilt from scratch, combining high quality materials, thoughtful design, and modern comfort into one beautifully cohesive space.
The apartment features one bedroom with a brand new bed, dressed in premium ironed linen, and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for up to four guests. Fresh paint, new flooring, and carefully chosen furnishings give the entire home a clean, contemporary feel that is warm and inviting from the moment you walk in.
The fully redesigned kitchen comes equipped with brand-new appliances and everything you need to cook and dine comfortably. The bathroom is entirely new, rebuilt from scratch with quality finishes, providing a fresh and luxurious feel every day. Hot water is available 24 hours a day via a new boiler system.
A brand new, high efficiency air conditioning system keeps the entire apartment at your ideal temperature year round. High speed Wi-Fi is included throughout the property. Fresh towels are provided for each guest, and beds are made up with crisp, ironed sheets from a premium brand.
The apartment is located on a quiet street in Kolonaki, steps away from boutique shops, fine dining, cafés, pharmacies, and banks. The Evangelismos metro station is just 650 meters away, making the Acropolis, Syntagma Square, and the rest of the city effortlessly accessible.
Early check-in, late check-out, and after-midnight arrival are available upon request, subject to availability and a small additional fee.
Private airport transfer and custom city tours can also be arranged. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
Common quiet hours are observed between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am and between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm.

Very comfortable apartment with many useful amenities (especially the ironing board). Streets were a bit noisy but we got used to it (Athens, after all). Good access to restaurants and cafes. Could have used a few small bowls in the kitchen. Otherwise a great place and we would definitely return.
