Bootleggers is a charming and spacious cottage perched “on the hill” in downtown Saugatuck, offering the perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and character. From this prime location, you can easily walk to quaint shops, art galleries, cafes, restaurants, and the waterfront boardwalk, where the river sparkles in the sun and the town hums with energy. Take a short drive and you'll find the soft sands and refreshing waters of Lake Michigan at Oval Beach, Douglas Beach, or Saugatuck Dunes State Park—perfect for sun-soaked days, building sandcastles, or long lakeside walks.

Inside, the home features a bright, inviting interior with a classic beach-cottage feel. The living room opens to the deck and boasts a wood-burning fireplace (available in the winter months), perfect for cozy mornings with coffee or quiet evenings watching the flames flicker. The large eat-in kitchen and dining area provide space for shared meals, while the deck overlooking the yard offers an ideal spot to enjoy a sunset cocktail, linger over a book, or simply take in the fresh Saugatuck breeze.

Outside, the spacious yard invites play, relaxation, and connection. - The street of the address of this home is not the same street you access the home from. We will give you driving directions at check-in. GPS may not take you to the home.
