Enjoy stunning sunrise views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean from Sandpiper 106. This Oceanfront corner-unit condo located right on Strand Avenue on the South end of Tybee is ready and waiting for your next Tybee Island vacay. This updated 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo is right near the pier, restaurants, shopping, and the main beach. Sandpiper Condos is at the heart of Tybee Island, right next to Fannies on the Beach. Be right in the center of all the action the South end of Tybee has to offer.
This spacious condo sleeps up to 8 guests. The open plan living area looks right over the ocean through the sliding glass door with access to the outdoor balcony furnished with a table that seats 6. The large open living and dining room is furnished with a sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The dining table seats 4 with additional 2 seats at the large breakfast bar.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a King bed and a flat-screen TV and offers an attached bath with a whirlpool tub, separate shower and double vanity. Both guest bedrooms are furnished with Queen-size beds and both have flat-screen TVs. These two bedrooms share a bathroom in the hall with a tub and shower combination. There are a full-sized washer and dryer for guest use in the hallway.
Sandpiper Condos offers private gated parking, with 2 assigned spaces and an oceanfront entry on the street. Wireless high-speed internet/WIFI is available for guest use. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/high seasons.

The condo was VERY clean, nice bedding, well maintained and a great location. The balcony was a great place to people watch, to enjoy sunrises and to have dinner. We have rented beach houses/condos from the Outer Banks to Dauphin Island and this property had the best starter supply of soaps, paper products and kitchen towels. The check out process was the easiest ever. The only minuses we’re the parking gates were not reliable and the one beach access door no longer locked. We still felt safe, but it was not as promised/advertised. Property is very well cared for and I would definitely rent this condo again.
