Upside-down style detached cottage in quiet, peaceful location, but within 4 miles of the historic town of Launceston.. Ground Floor:

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath, Toilet
First Floor:
Open plan living space.
Living area: Freeview TV, DVD Player, DVDs, Woodburner
Dining area.
Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher. Central heating via wood pellet burner, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and logs for wood burner included. Cot and highchair. Welcome pack and doggy extras. External utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. External games room with pool table and table tennis. Small, enclosed courtyard garden with garden furniture and BBQ. 10-acre grounds (shared). Bike store. Private parking. No smoking. Please note: This property has a natural water supply from a borehole. There are steps to the courtyard, and a lake in the grounds, 165 yards yards.. We had a lovely time at the Granary. The cottage is situated in a beautiful landscape with lots of grounds to explore. The host was very welcoming and we arrived to a Cream Tea which was a lovely touch.Ted the dog was also excited with his treat and bag of toys.We highly recommend.

Delightful upside down cottage.. well equipped and plenty of space. Good parking just outside. Good walking for the dog from the door! Nice courtyard. Need to be aware - access from main road quite narrow so could be a bit of a challenge for timid drivers, the freezer is in another building and water in the shower cubicle is a bit weak. Very minor issues!

Perfect and Clive was an absolute pleasure to meet would and have recommended the granary to friends and family hope to see Clive again in the future thank you , also the homemade scones with jam pots and clotted cream were delightful .

Very good for a family. Nice homely vibes. Everything you need catered for in the kitchen/diner. Comfy beds. Lovely big lake and grounds for walking. The scones were a nice welcomed treat. Very friendly owners.
