Holidaymakers only.. Set just 25 yards from the quay, this spacious and very comfortable two storey cottage is ideally placed for the many attractions of Wells-next-the-Sea. Clustered round the bustling harbour, from where a little narrow guage railway carries passengers the 1 mile to and from the sandy beach, are shops, ice cream parlours, cafés and a famous whelk stall, whilst pubs, restaurants and a theatre are a short walk. Light railway trips to Walsingham. Holkham Hall, bird reserves and seal watching boat trips are all nearby.

A very nice central location - access by vehicle to Red Lion Yard could be restrictive to large vehicles.

A warm, comfortable and clean cottage. Very well-located for the town and its facilities. Parking for 2 cars was very useful but needed a lot of careful manoeuvering. A downstairs toilet was also useful. The only drawback was the extremely tight head restriction in one of the bathrooms.

Central location in Wells, ideal for coast walking and bird watching or just chilling out, this cottage has most things you need and is certainly bigger than it looks from the outside, all the rooms are a good size and comfortable. I would happily recommend Fisherman's cottage as a place to stay.
