Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The property has over 2 acres with tropical fruit trees where you can enjoy Florida nature and have a peaceful time. And no neighbors around the house. Located in North Port Florida only 5 min from Port Charlotte and North Port town centers, and 20 min from Punta Gorda,15 min from Warm Mineral Springs and only 30 min from Boca Grande and Manasota key beaches and Don Pedro island, 30 min from Venice and 40 min from Sarasota Siesta Key.

My husband and I stayed here for a week and 1/2. The pool was great, lots of restaurants near by, the house was clean. Only thing missing was washcloths, hand soaps and hot pads for the kitchen if you cooked something in the oven. We left the soaps and stuff we bought there, so hopefully the next guests won’t have to worry about that. All in all a wonderful place to stay

Spacious home on a large lot. It was perfect for visiting family that lives close by and for getting to Boca Grande.

Very nice amenities. Pool could have been a little bit warmer, but the weather in advertently affected that. Overall, a very nice property and location. Thank you!
