Take a stroll to Cissbury and Chanctonbury Rings and enjoy the stunning views across The Weald and on to the coast.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Enclosed garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: No children under 12 years old. There are 4 steps in the garden.. Clip Clops is situated within the South Downs National Park, nestling in the picturesque village of Findon in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The apartment provides spacious ground floor holiday accommodation for couples, in the heart of horse training country. In fact from the delightful sun room, overlooking the owner’s grounds, you can spot the New Forest show ponies in the stables at the bottom of the garden. Adjoining the owner’s home, Clip Clops has its own enclosed garden, but just a short walk along the lane takes you onto footpaths to Cissbury and Chanctonbury Rings. These are two of the most iconic high spots and landmarks along The South Downs Way, offering stunning views across The Weald and out to the coast.
Take a trip to Worthing and stroll along the pier, 5 miles, Arundel Castle and cathedral are 10 miles away and you can also take a boat out on the River Arun, or a boat safari from the Arundel Wetland Centre. Petworth House and Park are well worth visiting or head over to Goodwood for the races, either horses or cars, 19 miles. This is excellent wine growing country, so why not make time to visit the vineyards, including Wiston, located just outside the village, and not forgetting the sheep fair in Findon village every September. Beach 5 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 600 yards.

At last we have found the perfect holiday hosts in Karen and Paul, friendly, informative, attentive but never intrusive. Sited within a charming rural village the location is excellent and the accommodation is comfortable and well equipped. The added interest of the stabled ponies at the bottom of the lovely gardens gave us endless pleasure. We shall miss them and are eager to return next year.
