Stephan's home is very clean and neat, and he is an excellent host who responds promptly. The outdoor deck was an additional plus, and with convenient off-street parking. It's located in a nice neighborhood and close to the wonderful beach and boardwalk.

The home was clean with everything that you would need for a short stay. Loved that they had beach chairs in an umbrella and the location to the beach was terrific. The only reason I went with four stars rather than five was because it really wasn’t comfortable for relaxing at the end of a long day of fun. The one couch was very difficult to to relax with and and when we arrived, the windows were unlocked.

Very pleased with the location and the cleanliness of the property. We were in Belmar for the AVP tournament and the place was exactly what we were looking for. Host was easy to communicate with.
