It is a short fight of stairs or elevator ride to the condo. This complex is conveniently located close to restaurants, shops, fun kid activities, grocery stores, and Wal-Mart.

This large one bedroom condo will sleep 6 comfortably with a king size bed in the master bedroom, a berth bunk area (suitable for children or small adults) in the hall, and a sleeper sofa. The pool is just below the balcony and the beach is a short boardwalk away. This is a first floor unit. However, it is up one flight of stairs due to a parking garage located on the bottom level. The building does have an elevator.
