Two newly built vacation apartments in the center of Sulzberg at 1,015 m with a fantastic mountain panorama. In this small village, there are several grocery stores and restaurants that you can easily reach on foot in just a few minutes. The nearest bus stop is right next to our apartment building. Bregenz, the Capital of Culture, with beautiful Lake Constance and its annual festival, is a 25-minute drive away. Sulzberg is the perfect starting point for an active vacation in nature—whether hiking, biking, or, in winter, cross-country skiing, sledding, or downhill skiing.

The building was completed in 2020—this new construction allowed us to consistently implement our philosophy from the very beginning.

Timeless Bregenzerwald craftsmanship is evident in every detail of our apartments. We love the products of our region and work closely with local craft businesses. We embrace sustainability and ecology wherever possible. For example, we use district heating from the Sulzberg biomass heating plant.

We offer—two apartments, each 52 m², with a panoramic balcony/porch. Upper floor, lower floor—equally desirable. A carport and a charming front yard with a play area, a drinking water fountain, and a seating area. A haven for relaxation: a linden wood sauna with shower, and a relaxation room with a tea bar.

Upon request, we offer a grocery shopping service (for a fee) so you can start your vacation in Sulzberg carefree and at your own pace.



Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
