- Parking Pass must be displayed at all times (vehicle subject to towing without pass)
- Small (under 30 pounds) dogs may be considered with individual approval and $200+ pet fee (added to the reservation after approval). Please contact us for approval before reserving, as we need to know the breed, age, and weight of your dog. Pets are prohibited unless specifically approved in advance. Dogs are not permitted on the beach between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm during the period of May 1st to Labor Day.
- The person renting this property must be at least 25 years old, have a valid credit card, and be present for the entire rental.

We enjoyed are week at this condo. You can’t beat the location. Having the pool right by the beach was a great back and forth for the kids when they needed a break from the waves and sand. Near food and grocery too.
Condo was very stingy with what they provide for the week. You will spend a lot on essentials for the week.
No beach chairs, no umbrellas, no sand toys. Had to buy hand soap for bathrooms. I wish they would up the rental price and provide these things. Major inconvenience. Also, sleeps six including 2 on sofa bed. Only one tiny blanket provided for the sofa bed. They did bring another when notified. Also, our WiFi was not working so had to connect to another unit. They tried to fix with no luck.

Mandy @ iTrip, Surfside Beach, SC, is absolutely the best! This was our first time working with iTrip, and I was hesitant. From the first contact, she made me feel comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and covered all the info that I needed to know. Her communication with me was the best. The condo was beautiful and was spotless! Everything went perfectly.
