Escape to this stunning 2800 square foot property, offering the perfect blend of privacy and relaxation. This four bedroom retreat features a home gym, cozy movie theater room, laundry available for guests, well equipped kitchen, and a sunlit living space. Step outside to your own backyard oasis, fully fenced and private backyard perfect for kids and dogs (pet fee applies), with a heated pool (during summer months), year-round jacuzzi (available for an extra fee), fire pit, and a charming pool house pergola with BBQ. Ideally located near local shopping and beaches, this home is designed for unforgettable family getaways and peaceful retreats.
The Space:
-All bedrooms are conveniently situated on the main floor, while the upper level is dedicated entirely to a private movie theater and a third full bathroom.
-Unauthorized Events or Parties: We strictly prohibit unauthorized parties, gatherings, or events of any kind. If an unapproved event is detected at the property, we will immediately contact Airbnb support, terminate the rental agreement without a refund, and involve local law enforcement. All events must be requested in advance, pre-approved by the host, and subject to an applicable event fee.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house!
Free parking available at the property.

Located just a short drive from both ocean and bay beaches, this Hamptons retreat offers effortless access to the best of the East End. Spend your days basking in the sun at beautiful Hampton Bays shores - just 10 to 15 minutes away.
Guests enjoy seamless travel connections via the Hampton Bays and Westhampton train stations, each within a 15-minute drive.
Everyday essentials are equally close at hand: a full-service shopping center and a 24/7 pharmacy are just 5 to 10 minutes away.

- Heated pool is optional add on, available for a fee: $350 + $100/day. (available only during summer season)
- Jacuzzi is optional add on, available for a fee: $200 + $50/day. Jacuzzi pre-heating fee: $100 due upon arrival. Open year-round.
- Pets allowed for a Fee per pet-per stay. If you have more than 1 pet, please let us know in advance. Subject to previous approval.
- We provide a starter supply of essentials for your convenience. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay.

Everything was in order. When there were a couple of very minor glitches, the manager of the property was immediately responsive - and glitch gone, fast. This was one of the smoothest VRBO experiences we've had, and we've had many.

Great set upPool area & outside terrificHouse was nice too. Nice that it was all fenced in. Great for kids & pup.

Once we got into the house everything was fine (could use a few more bowls and glasses). The problem we had was the owner, through early communications, had us venmo him an additional $250 to secure an early (10am) check-in and late check-out and then the day before we were arriving told us there was someone else in the house and we could not get in until at least 2pm. Claimed he didn't remember our emails and never offered a refund. I had to suggest he waive the unadvertised "hot tub" fee in compensation.
