Great location near Dinosaur National Monument. We recommend a visit to the park, but we cannot recommend this property. The home has been staged well, but the condition of the home is disappointing in many ways. The AC is insufficient, the windows are sealed shut and molding ( except for bathroom ), the shower grout is molding, and the laundry room is caked with dirt and cobwebs. Most challenging for us was the pet urine odor in the home. We contacted Kylie and, with her permission, removed a urine stained rug to the back yard.Too many negatives for us.
