In its own quiet corner of Surfside Beach, the Hermitage complex boasts an exceptional location for a much needed vacation getaway. While staying at the Hermitage you'll be steps away from beach, the brand new Surfside Pier, and have your pick of several local favorite dining options across the street from the ocean!
Inside the unit, you'll have a generous amount of living space for the family to enjoy, all kitchen appliances, a washing machine and clothes dryer, and free WiFi! The balcony has ample space to lounge and drink your morning cup of coffee or favorite afternoon beverage while overlooking the pool and spotless pond. It's an oasis view right at your door step!
Outside the unit you have meticulously maintained pool and parking area. Moments away is the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean and sprawling sands of Surfside Beach. Dining options such as Pizza Hyena, Chimichanga Llama, The Gracious Pig, River City Café, and more are all within walking distance of your home away from home.

Guests are allowed 2 vehicles.
Doorbell camera in use for security reasons only.
Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, or other recreational vehicles are not allowed per HOA regulations.

Southern Coast Vacations is a full-service rental company and wants to make sure you are as happy as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! 9 out of 10 times we are able resolve your issue over the phone within minutes by directing you to back up supplies, instructions, etc.
Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products and some toiletries. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll provided in our welcome kit. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

This was a perfect getaway for me, my husband and our 8 year old. Easy walking distance to the beach and convenient to everything. We were amazed at how quiet the area was in the evenings and for morning coffee. Our daughter said it was the best condo we've ever stayed in! We will be back!

The condo was very spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was a block away from beach and walking distance of restaurants and pier. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen updated and plenty of space. It was a really nice place to stay. Very clean upon arrival. Also had storage unit key where there was a wagon and other beach accessories.

This is the perfect place for your beach vacation. My family had such a wonderful time. The condo is located in a quiet, peaceful community, only a block and a half walk to the beach. We could hear the waves crashing while drinking our coffee on the deck. The surfside pier is also within walking distance with great restaurants, shops and ice cream. The condo is beautifully decorated, so comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It was the perfect place for our family getaway. The hosts were so responsive and made the check in and out process so easy. I highly recommend- we will be returning to this beautiful condo.
