Condo #1 is exclusively for your use. Enjoy direct beach access just steps away! Beach chairs are for exclusive use of Coral Sands guests, however, the beach is a public space open to all 🏝️



You can purchase a day pass at Paradise Beach Resort next door! It’s a fantastic option, as the pass includes credit for food and drinks at their beachfront restaurant, Cayuco, plus access to the pool and beach chairs.

* Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (4:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure.



* Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors open.
