This is a fully refundable deposit and will automatically be released back to your card 5 days after check out, provided there is not damage to the property. If you find any damage to the property during the check in process, please report it to the host immediately and provide pictures.

Parties are not allowed at this property. Out of respect for our neighbors, we request noise be kept at a minimum between the hours of 11:00pm-8:00am.
SMOKING/VAPING:
Smoking and vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to abide by these rules can/will result in fine.
PETS:
Pets are NOT allowed at this property.

The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of closet space. The large dining table accommodated all evening family meals. The back yard was spacious and completely enclosed for pet safety. The den was cozy with fireplace and comfortable seating. The location was perfect and close to shopping and city parks. We all felt safe in the Guilford Hills neighborhood.

This was an excellent find. Convenient, quiet, very well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds. All of that and reasonably priced.
