Beautiful building, nice apartment.
However the communication from this owner for unit 17I (home wood) was terrible - from not identifying the building name for full address, to a confusing and cumbersome check in process. Lack of basics in the apartment - no hand soap in the bathroom, real shortage of hand towels (no wash clothes) , to trying to get the front door fixed (it wouldn’t lock)
I think the building is really nice, clean, apartment in good shape, maybe just don’t rent from Homewood til they get their management straightened out.
