The property was a bit cold when we arrived and could have done with an airing. It soon warmed up. One or two things were missing - cafetiere - eggs cups. The beds were lovely. There are quite a lot of stairs. We enjoyed the stay a lot.

House was clean enough but in desperate need of some tlc.. Kitchen smelt musty/damp on arrival.. Positives: beds were very comfortable, position of house was right in the heart of Staithes which was handy for central village... Would I stay here again - probably not; expensive stay for a rental that needs care and attention.
