Casa Alegria is located just 350 metres from the beach and offers the perfect balance between comfort and natural surroundings. You can enjoy:

On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning:



One with a double bed and private terrace with panoramic views



Another with two single beds



Moreover, there is a sofa bed (160x200 cm) in the living room for 1 or 2 children



It has 2 complete bathrooms with shower and toilet, as well as a private parking space for two vehicles.



IMPORTANT:



- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Important note about electricity consumption:

Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price. A charge of 0.30 Eur/kwh will be applied for electricity consumption, which will be paid at the end of the stay.

- A refundable deposit is charged.

- Parties are not allowed.

- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times a week for garden and pool maintenance.

- In Mallorca, especially in rural areas or near nature, the presence of insects such as mosquitoes, ants or wasps is common. This is a natural and common phenomenon on the island.
