Come enjoy our unique one-bedroom apartment in historic Kalorama, Adams Morgan. This 1906-built gem exudes vintage charm. With a queen bed and sleeper sofa, it’s a perfect place to rest during your time in DC.

We also have other units in our building available for rent, or you could rent all three! Reach out for more info.
We may be able to provide our parking spot to you during your stay for a daily fee. It depends on the availability! There are also a few parking decks in walking distance.
This unit requires stairs. We also have a two bedroom unit in the building, reach out to us if you are interested in hearing more. There is also the option to rent both units at the same time.

Lovely treelined streets with excellent restaurants and cafes within walking distance make this a great stay in Adams Morgan! We’re old house people so we were fine with a walk up stairs to an historic apartment with plenty of room and comfortable furnishings. Clean and bright.

This building is a perfect 5 minute walk to my daughter's home, so very convenient. Plus, 5 minutes in the opposite direction is a fabulous organic market to every grocery I could want or need. The host was very responsive and easy to work with.
