Exactly as described in listing, this property is large for a one bedroom. We enjoyed swimming laps in the pool. Within very easy walking distance of a handful of live music venues/bars on Demonbreun. (We enjoyed Live Oak.) It’s a couple of miles from the wilder scene on Broadway. We used SpotHero to reduce parking fees in SoBro, but it was still very expensive. Small item: many of the venues recommended on an otherwise helpful local advice sheet in the condo are out of business.
