Its location beside the lagoon brings a waterfront feel to your stay, while separate bedrooms and the convenience of two bathrooms make it easy to settle in and enjoy a relaxed island escape.
Located inside, private, gated Kawama Yacht Club & Marina. With access to:
3 pools, 2 tennis courts, a 4.5 acre salt water lagoon with tropical fish. The Jetty extends 1,000 feet into the ocean for fishing and beautiful sunsets.
Dockage for boats up to 45 feet. Free use of the Boat Ramp. Free Trailer Parking.
We provide Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Bikes, fishing equipment, tennis equipment, pool & beach floats, etc...
A golf cart is available.
Restaurants are within walking distance.

Place was clean and close to the Lagoon in the pool and had all the amenities.

We enjoyed the townhouse and the property. It had everything we needed for the few days we were going to be there. The host was super welcoming, informative and helpful. We’d definitely stay at one of Norman’s properties again!
