This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment can comfortably sleep 3 people, with one king bed in the master bedroom and a pullout sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can enjoy watching the flat screen TV from the kitchen as well as from the living room.
The rooftop terrace has excellent ocean views and there are countless restaurants within walking distance. You will absolutely love this small beach town for its authenticity and local feel!
Punta de Mita apartments are located 45 minutes from the airport and is close to Sayulita and San Pancho.
Minutes from the best surf spots in the area: La Lancha, Anclote and Burros; which makes it a great place to learn how to surf or paddle board.

Great place to take in relaxing views from the rooftop. Close to everything; the different assortment of restaurants/food stands, the beach access, and all the amenities that you have in a small town. It was exactly what I wanted. Thanks for having me over.

This property is perfect. Super clean and modern with internet! Close to the water, walking distance to the town center. The upstairs patio has beautiful views and a great place to meet neighbors from other places. Daniel and Aida were very accommodating. The place will be my go to place to stay in Punta de Mita!!!! Can’t wait to come back and surf more!!
