Inside the home, everything is tailored for comfort, convenience, and ease.
You’ll sleep well knowing every mattress and pillow is zippered and encased. The hot tub and pool are professionally maintained weekly, and clean, white linens await your arrival. The spiral staircase adds charm, and every stair—inside and out—has been outfitted with safety treads for peace of mind.
The kitchen is a delight to cook in, whether you’re warming up pastries or making dinner from scratch. There’s both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, along with a toaster, food processor, and blender. If you're missing something, just let us know — we’re here to help make your stay seamless.
The pool can be heated for an additional $400/month. Please note that during the coldest part of winter, the temperature may vary as there is no pool cover.
Bringing a dog? We welcome well-behaved pups! A one-time $150 pet fee applies per stay, and we ask you to sign a short pet agreement before arrival. The fully fenced yard offers plenty of space for your furry friend to enjoy.

We spent a month at this beautiful home and have a really fun time! House was clean and located in a nice and quiet area. The pool is phenomenal and where we spent most of our time. The backyard is a tropical oasis. The hosts are awesome! Thank you for the great memories!

The house has many great amenities, is well stock, is located close to the beach. We did run into some technical issues, but they were always responsive. If you are looking for a peaceful location, I highly recommend.

The house was very well maintained, clean, and nicely decorated. It had a smart TV in all the rooms and the kitchen had all the amenities. It was nice to come back from the races and relax in the hot tub and swim in the pool. The back yard was land scaped nicely and had a nice patio under a 2nd floor deck. There were plenty of places to eat at as the property is located between Flagler Beach and Ormond Beach. We will definitely look to stay in the future trips.

The communication was excellent. Immediate response to any questions. The house is in a perfect location. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming. The easy access to the beach, town and highway while in a quiet neighbourhood was exactly what we wanted. The backyard is amazing. The fence was great for our dogs. The decks provided the necessary shelter so we could sit outside when the temperature was cooler. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future.
