It has a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a garden of around 400 m². The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with sofa bed, TV, dining area and fireplace (wood provided)

- Bedrooms 1 and 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- Bathroom with bath

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot with mattress, fan, iron.

A welcome kit will be provided on arrival. The kit includes bed linen and towels, plus a few essentials to make your arrival as comfortable as possible, such as coffee capsules, a sponge, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets.

Outside :
- A private swimming pool (unheated) measuring 10x4 m, secured by an electric cover and open from 1 May to 31 October (opening dates non-contractual).

- Approximately 1 hour from the beaches of the Basque Country and the Landes, as well as St Jean Pied de Porc and Spain or Pau.
- 1? hours from Lourdes and 2 hours from the Pyrenean mountains and their activities.
- Cycling information: 2 km from the house, start of the Adour towpath leading to the Anglet estuary (beaches) and passing in front of Bayonne town hall.
- Within a 7 km radius of the house: two lakes (including Lac de Sames, 2 km away) with beaches and water-based activities.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park in front of the house gate. Free public parking spaces are available in the street.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Peyrehorade 10 km away (about 15 minutes by car); Bayonne and Dax TGV stations 30 and 35 km away (about 30 and 35 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Biarrtiz 45 km (about 35 min)
A car is required to fully enjoy the region.
