Planning your 2026 mountain vacation? 🏔️ Our popular home in Breckenridge is booking fast! Secure your family’s spring or summer retreat before the calendar fills up! Just minutes from downtown Breckenridge and surrounded by a bevy of scenic trails, Paradise Peaks places adventure and relaxation right at your doorstep. Stroll along Breckenridge’s charming Main Street, hike through breathtaking alpine landscapes, or dive into the area's many summer activities.
Located near the base of Peak 8, we are two blocks from the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop, where you will have convenient year-round access to all that Breckenridge has to offer. We also have a private hot tub where everyone can relax after a day enjoying one of the many outdoor activities nearby.
Our three-bedroom and three full-bathroom home offers plenty of room for families or groups of up to 9 people. The upper level is bright, open, and airy with lots of seating options and a large flat-screen TV - perfect for comfy night or relaxed morning conversations. Just a few steps down, the family room awaits with a large flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace for cozy warmth, and a comfortable sofa for watching movies or playing one of the board games we supply.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and cooking tools to make mouthwatering mountain meals. There's a large dining table that can seat six people with three more spots at the counter.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS PLEASE READ:
- We accept small non-shedding dogs on a case-by-case basis and charge a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Approval is required before booking - please reach out to us with your pup's breed and size.
- A $400 refundable damage deposit will be held on a credit card 2 days before check in.
The hold will be released 5 days after your departure if no damages have incurred.
- We will request a renter agreement between the guest and owner of the property. Per our rental insurance, the person who signs our rental agreement must be 25 years or old and stay at the property.
- Absolutely no parties at this home. Quiet time is observed between 10 pm and 6 am.
- We do not have air conditioning. Our Home includes ceiling fans and portable floor fans.
- Business and Occupational License: #344550002
- Owner/manager may request drivers license off AirBnb platform for liability purposes.

I've stayed at dozens of homes in all price ranges and this was easily in the top 10%. This starts with the hosts and they were one of the best. They were extremely quick to reply when we had our own issues for check in and then at the end when we wanted to extend our stay at the last minute. Their place was setup like a 4 star hotel and it far exceeded what we expected it to be for the cost. No place is perfect but they get as close as they can while still providing a very high value. We stayed during the shoulder/mud season. We walked to town and back 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. We enjoyed the exercise, especially walking back uphill but I think some will want to shuttle/Uber. We will definitely stay again if we're in Breckenridge.

We really enjoyed our 4th of July stay!! The house had a stocked kitchen, comfy beds ( love a king size!) , great share of balls/camping chairs for guests, hot tub was awesome, loved the split floor plan living rooms- great for teen families! We walked to town and loved all the hikes around the area!

We loved our stay in Breckenridge! The home was perfect. It was very clean. Plenty of towels were provided and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The property manager was so kind and checked in to make sure we were happy with our stay. The house is centrally located between the ski mountain and town. It was a very easy walk to the free bus stop or quick drive either direction. I would highly recommend this house in Breckenridge!!
