This Brévinian house built in 1930 is 95m² on a enclosed and tree-lined plot of 680m². The house has 4 bedrooms (2 double beds of 140 + 4 single beds of 90) including one through room and one located in a studio attached to the house, thus accommodating up to 6 people.

The independent kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a filter coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle etc. ... The dining room-lounge (fireplace not available) provides access to the terrace overlooking the garden and is equipped with a TV and WIFI connection. A bathroom and an independent WC complete this part of the house. In the studio attached to the house, you have a sleeping area with shower (140 bed) and a bathroom with WC.
