We spent a week in this rental and it was the perfect size for our family. Lots of room and within 20 minutes of everything we wanted to do. I would definitely recommend. Communication was great very quick to respond to and questions I had. I would definitely rent this property again. O and the house was always nice and cool! Thank you

Property was comfortable and accommodating - host communicative and hospitable. We had plenty of room. Property had some fixes underway with outdoor lighting and some screens on the back porch that were on the list for being attended to. We enjoyed our tine together and the home was not lacking to shelter and keep us rested and safe

What a great place . siesta key is beautiful

No major problems...just a bunch of minor things that made a rating of ten not possible in our opinion. 3 of 4 recliners were broken. Numerous light bulbs not working. Several screens in patio ripped or missing. Many blinds broken. Only 4 teaspoons and 1 tablespoon available. Need a coffee maker that uses pods for single cups. Kitchen utensils need to be replaced. Teflon pans are broke and teflon does'nt work. Sheets on master bed do not fit mattrest. 2 car garage that renter cannot use. Must park outside. Outside fan on patio cannot shut off. Runs constantly. Overall, nice clean house in a quite, well maintained neighborhood that is close to publix, restaurants and beaches. Just needs some tlc to make it a ten.
