If you are looking for a spotless place with all you need, here it is. This property has 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, 2 bathrooms, a dining area, kitchen, and living room. We offer the entire home, with all kitchen utensils provided as well as coffee/tea! One flat 4k 55 inch TV equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and high-speed internet.

The garage is not available for our guests.

Guest access: Guests have full access to the house.

Interaction with guests: Guest stay is private. We will be available for everything our guests will need. Please feel free to contact us for further help. We strive for a 5-star review.

Other things to note:
* No large parties, pets, smoking nor vaping inside the house.
* No visitors from guests without previous notice to us.
* Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
* Garage is not available for our guests.
* Excessive damage to property may result in a fine.
* Locals must contact us before booking.

Pets are not allowed at this property. Violating the no-pet rules will result in eviction & HOA and/or RnR-imposed fines of up to $1,500. We understand the importance of Trained Service & ESA dogs & can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay—we have many of them. If you have a service/support dog, are unable to find alternate lodging & insist on staying in this property, you will be charged a refundable security deposit to cover any damage, extra cleaning, or fines for violating the HOA and/or RnR house rules.

This home may also have security cameras to ensure parking does not exceed legal requirements. We care about your safety and security. We do not permit any video security devices inside our homes.
30 days stay or more: We require a refundable security deposit proportional to the first month’s rent, due at the time of booking confirmation. The security deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damages or violations of house rules occur.
