This home is more than just a rental — it’s a place where guests truly settle in and feel comfortable, which is why it has been in high demand for long-term insurance and corporate stays. Booked for most of 2024 and already secured through October 2025, this property consistently attracts guests who value comfort, space, and a peaceful environment that feels like home.
One of the standout features is the beautiful golf-course view. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee in the sunroom or relaxing on the patio in the evening, the open, green backdrop creates a calming atmosphere that helps you unwind after a busy day. The patio includes comfortable seating and a grill, making it easy to enjoy outdoor meals or quiet evenings outside.
Inside, the sunroom serves as an entertainment and relaxation hub, featuring a bar area, pool table, and dart game. It’s the perfect space to decompress, entertain yourself after work, or enjoy a laid-back night without leaving the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped for real living, not just short stays. You’ll find all cookware, silverware, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, paper towels, and more — everything needed to prepare meals easily and comfortably, whether you’re staying for a few days or several weeks.
The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a 65-inch flat-screen TV, reclining couch and side chairs, cable, and a ceiling fan. It’s an ideal setup for movie nights, catching up on shows, or simply relaxing after a long day.
High-speed WiFi supports remote work, video calls, and streaming without interruption. Bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged with quality bedding, pillows, and ample closet space, making it easy to unpack and settle in. Bathrooms are stocked with towels, soap, toilet paper, and a blow dryer in the larger bathroom for added convenience.
A new washer and dryer was installed 10/5/26 and is available for guest use, which is especially appreciated during extended stays.
Located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors, this home offers privacy, peace, and a sense of security. It’s well suited for guests who want a clean, comfortable, well-maintained space with thoughtful amenities that support both short and long-term stays.
This is a home that consistently delivers comfort, convenience, and a relaxing environment — which is exactly why guests choose it again and again.

Only one minor issue checking in and the hosts were fantastic getting back even though it was at a late hour, to resolve the issue. Very happy with our stay.

Property is located in a very nice golf community. All rooms were adequately applied with essentials. No problems with any appliances. The owner was in constant contact and available to answer any questions. The city has a diverse array of restaurants. It is a strong military community with a very nice Air Force museum free to tour. Virtually all businesses offer some type of military discount. We enjoyed the pool table in the game room. Highly recommend this location.
