With sea views from every room, Admiralty House is a wonderful seaside holiday home located in a formal Naval building dating back to the 1780’s. This elegant development of terraced town houses is set in manicured lawns and gardens with a private car park. There is a private patio at the front and garden furniture to use. Two allocated parking spaces in the private car park. The three-storey house has a fabulous, large open plan living space on the first floor with lovely elevated sea views, three bedrooms (two ensuite) and a family bathroom. The house is not suitable for infants (children under 2). The coastal promenade is just a stone's throw away which takes you into Deal, with its iconic pier, seafront restaurants and pubs and buzzing high street with boutique shops and artisan delis. Deal Castle is also just a short 5 minute stroll away.

Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.

We really loved the house, surrounding and location of this house. There is plenty of space and a very well equipped kitchen. We truly can recommend this place for your stay!

We only had a short stay here but wish it could have been longer.
The property is in easy walking distance of visiting Walmer and Deal.
From the front room you get a glimpse from both windows of the sea and the bedrooms an even better view.
I would definitely come back and would recommend to family and friends

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House is great, we particularly liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Sea view from living room, interesting and historic development. 2 parking spaces very convenient. Overall clean but some kitchen equipment tired and some plates, glasses and table mats actually dirty with encrusted food. I appreciate that it’s difficult to check every plate but the mats were out on the table. Overall furniture good but carpets stained. Did not like having to reach through a very prickly pyracantha bush to get to key box. We couldn’t open windows, that might be us being clumsy, this was fine on a cold March weekend but not if hot. Would book with Keepers Cottage again, good communication and very helpful to get phone call telling us we could get into cottage a bit early.

The house had very good accommodation and the location was excellent. The condition of the house was disappointing, the stairs and landing carpet was dirty and stained and in two of the bedrooms one of the secondary glazing panels was missing allowing a cold draft to intrude.
The staff at Keepers Cottages were excellent.
