VILLA DUSANA - DUBROVNIK AREA
Located close to Cavtat in the Dubrovnik area of Croatia, Villa Dusana is a lovely, beachfront villa with a private swimming pool. Close to shops, restaurants, and other amenities, the villa is an excellent choice for families. Nearby is the pretty town of Cavtat, with its seafront promenade lined with restaurants and artisan shops, and the magical town of Dubrovnik is only 19 km away. The area is also great for cycling, hiking, and horse-back riding.

Cavtat is a beautiful little coastal town with stunning views of the Adriatic, clear turquoise water, and a charming old town with cobblestone streets and historic buildings. It is small enough to feel peaceful, but there is plenty to do and see. The Racic Mausoleum and the Franciscan Monastery are really interesting if you are into history, as well as the Vlaho Bukovac House, which showcases the work of one of Croatia’s most famous painters. In the summer, Cavtat is buzzing with life; there are lots of restaurants, bars, and cafes along the waterfront, so you can sit back with a drink or enjoy some great food, especially fresh seafood. The promenade is perfect for an evening stroll, and it is lined with cosy spots where you can just enjoy the atmosphere. If you are up for something more active, you can try kayaking, snorkelling, or even take a boat tour. The best part is that it’s really close to Dubrovnik, so you can visit the city but still have a quiet and relaxing place to stay.
