Just minutes from DOWNTOWN Nashville, fast and easy ingress and egress to Interstate.

Guests will be able to access the Entire 3 Stories house.
The Neighborhood:
Have a night at the Downtown Broadway honky-tonks and Music Row. Experience the Gulch and visit the Vanderbilt and Belmont campuses. Catch shows in the Ryman Auditorium and Bridgestone Arena. All of these are only a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive.
Getting Around:
Bus stop 1/2 block away. $5 or $6 Uber / Lyft to Downtown. Easy street parking in front of the house and private parking available.

Inside this stunning BRAND NEW spacious home, the first level offers a huge bedroom with a king-sized bed, a twin over full bunk bed, and a full bathroom. There is a covered patio off the hallway, which you can overlook the beautiful urban courtyard. There will be three entrances to this charming vacation home: front gated keypad entry entrance, back entrance, and keypad entry garage entrance.
The second level offers a modern kitchen, a standalone island with quartz countertops, and a charming dining area. For your entertainment needs, the space is equipped with a sizeable Curved screen television that you can enjoy on comfortable sofas and even a fireplace! You will also find the second bedroom - furnished with two double-sized beds and a full bath!
The third level has plenty of space to rest after an incredible day in Music City. The primary bedroom is enormous, and we have set up two double-sized beds to accommodate your large groups. The other bedroom(4th) has a king-sized bed, sofa sleeper, and a full bath. In addition, you have a beautiful view of the vast courtyard, the park, and the city.
So, get ready to explore Music City during the day & enjoy the beautiful Urban courtyard and skyline of Nashville from the balcony and the patio at night!

This was the most amazing house — a well constructed, beautiful home. High ceilings, room to spare, tons of beds (so that even if we had more people, everyone could have gotten their own bed), and great furniture. Everything matched here (for example, the kitchen was not a lot of mismatched junk, but instead all of the same silverware, plates, coffee cups, utensils, etc.). The hosts were spectacular in helping us enjoy this truly first class, well appointed property. The difference between staying in this totally relaxing space versus a frenetic busy hotel is hard to overstate.We will be back!

Great property, very spacious and clean. Centrally located to quickly reach many areas of interest. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The host is very responsive, we had one minor issue and it was quickly and easily fixed without any disruption to us. Property is in a good location where Uber rates are inexpensive making it easy to get downtown without having to drive your car and pay for parking. Close to expressway but still a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.
