The elevator was broken over the weekend. We were on the 4th floor. I contacted the owner who responded after the elevator was fixed mid-day on Monday.

Very responsive and the place was clean as advertised. Great location and walking distance to downtown Sarasota. We will plan to come back.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Downtown Apartment with Pool, Gym, and Coworking Space in Sarasota! We were there for Orioles Spring Training, and the location was perfect—right in the heart of downtown, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and everything Sarasota has to offer. It made getting around for games and exploring a total breeze. We especially loved how brand new and modern the place felt: spotless, high-end finishes, and everything impeccably maintained. The refreshing pool was great for unwinding after sunny days, the well-equipped gym kept us active, and the coworking space came in handy too. With two cozy bedrooms and baths, a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and pet-friendly setup, it was ideal for our group of four—comfortable and convenient from start to finish. This gem exceeded all expectations and made our Spring Training trip even better. We'll definitely be booking again next year—highly recommend for anyone visiting Sarasota!

Very smooth check in process, clean and nice apartment with downtown right there. Enjoyed my stay.
