The left side looking at the water of my dock is used by the property across the street not to sun themself or fish or swim just to board and unboard their boat only. We enjoyed our stay at this lake house. Plenty of room for our family. (6 adults with two children) The front had the right amount of sun and shade throughout the day. The water level was perfect for the grandkids to play and swim. It's a quiet area of the lake, boat traffic was minimal as compared to other parts of Lake Winnipesaukee we have been on. Leonard answered all of our questions promptly. The only drawback (concern for anyone with mobility issues) was that the entrance to the lake house was either up the stairs via the deck or from the basement stairs, which were a bit narrow. Other than that, we had a fun time and would rent again.

This was actually our third time staying at this property and it is perfect for lake vacation with friends and family! Private beach, grassy yard, dogs allowed, big deck are all amenities that lend to fun family activities. Great vacation house!

Loved the place. Shallow beach was perfect for the kids and the dock was great for our boat. Plenty of beds for everyone and the ping pong table was a big hit. Communication from the property manager was easy and helpful.
