The Space:
This gorgeous property has breathtaking views at every angle! Lounge in the sun on the deck with your coffee and listen to the loons and wildlife wake up. Dip your toes in the water on your private rocky beach in the afternoon with the nearby Sally Islands in view. Enjoy your lobster or steak dinner on the expansive deck, and finish your day stargazing by the fire pit with front row seats to the constellations and the milky way with little to no light pollution. Watch for bald eagles, deer, fox, turkeys and an occasional moose!
You won't want to leave the property, but if you do venture out there are many amenities nearby. Take a day trip to Acadia National Park or Schoodic Point. There are local farmstands, antiquing, trails, shopping, groceries, lobster pounds and more nearby.
The home is a ranch style with all one floor living space. It is open concept living with exposed beams and large windows with stunning ocean views.
The primary bedroom has a king sized bed and an en suite full bathroom with a walk in shower.
Bedroom 2: has a queen sized bed with plenty of storage.
Bedroom 3: has two double beds, sleeps 2-4 .
The additional full bathroom has a walk in shower with a seat and lots of room.
All bedrooms have black out blinds, new linens and bedding!
There is a large clean and open kitchen with all of the cooking appliances and supplies you may need for your family and friends to spend time together at home. The dining room offers a sizable table for 8 with great views.
The living room has a smart TV, a fireplace with candles for atmosphere, and comfy seating for family games.
There is a washer/dryer for your convenience.
Enjoy our waterfront access to the salt water cove in front of the house, with 150 feet of private shorefront. Kayaks can be rented locally. Pets are not allowed.

We absolutely loved this home! The house was beautifully decorated, it was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked. We took full advantage of the incredible views from the deck to enjoy our morning coffee, and spotted a bald eagle almost daily. The kids played on the beach and climbed on the rocks, which was also a fantastic spot to put in our kayaks to explore the bay. We liked being close to Schoodic Peninsula but also drove to Mt Desert Island several times to explore. Would love to come back again!

This property was the perfect spot for my sister and I to get our families together. The quiet, peaceful setting and amazing views were the perfect backdrop for cousins to play and explore and family to reconnect. The home has everything you could possibly need, was very clean, and the setting on the bay is unparalleled. A quick drive over to Bar Harbor and Acadia, delicious food at Chipman’s, and a fireside retreat at the end of the day made the location perfect. We have already vowed that we will be back.

This home is our favorite VRBO rental by far. Gorgeous location on the bay in Gouldsboro with all the amenities, inside and out, that we could ever wish for. Loved sitting on the deck and by the shore soaking up the sun, listening to the birds and watching the tide come in and go out. The home itself is beautiful and was exceptionally clean, with tasteful decor, and feels perfect for its location. Great wifi and a smart tv for steaming. Not far at all from neighboring towns with great restaurants, groceries, and plenty of things to do. The steps down to the beach look new, with what looks like an artisan-made handrail, for easy and safe access to the beach below the home. I can’t say enough about this home and how it had absolutely everything we needed for our vacation!
