Catie’s Cove is a completely renovated beachfront home featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full outdoor shower, and two covered decks, just three blocks from the Surf City pier and local restaurants—perfect for your next coastal escape.

(bed linens & paper towels, bbq propane, toliet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dish washer soap, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, 3 boogie boards, and tons of sand toys are included)

Enjoy true oceanfront living with no streets between you and the sand – the beach is just off the deck. The home is only 3 blocks from the Surf City center and fishing pier, so you can park once and walk to about 15 different eateries, park, ice cream & gift shops, bars with live music, and a nearby food market within 5 minutes.
Surf City, NC, is approximately a 2-hour drive from Raleigh and just 20–30 minutes from Wilmington airport, making arrivals and departures easy.
Catie’s Cove offers over 2,000 square feet of stylish, comfortable living space, larger than many other 4-bedroom homes and even some 5-bedroom rentals in the area, providing ample room to gather and relax.

Property appeared to have been recently refreshed/upgraded and in excellent condition. Had an issue with the clothes dryer which appeared to be brand new. Got in touch with the property owner late Saturday afternoon, which was obviously too late to have a repairman take care of the matter before our scheduled checkout the next day. In spite of the dryer issue, our entire family seemed to have greatly enjoyed their stay and all expressed a desire to do the same again next year.- Great place- Owner responsive to guests concerns and issues both before and during our stay - The owner was easy to contact and responsive.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property!! We were so impressed by how large it was - plenty of room for our 3 kids to move around, lots of tables and benches to put our things down, etc. The home was recently remodeled and everything was very modern - clean, hardwood floors, beautiful bathrooms, sturdy furniture. We appreciated the linen service. The location was very convenient to a nearby park and restaurants. The private access to the beach was amazing - the stairs are a little steep, but not too bad. The beach was a little crowded because the location is close to the pier and it was probably spring break as well as Easter weekend, but we still enjoyed it. Check in and out was effortless, and Sharon was very responsive to questions.

We had a lovely stay. The home was well appointed and recently updated. It’s in a great location right on the beach and close to a variety of restaurants. Would stay again

Catie’s Cove in Surf City, NC was the perfect getaway for my family and me. Our host was an excellent communicator, making everything smooth and easy. The house was spotless, well maintained, and sits right on the beach with beautiful ocean views. Each morning, I loved relaxing on the porch with my coffee while watching the sunrise. The beach was very clean and well cared for, perfect for long walks. The location is ideal—within walking distance to the pier, Daddy Mac’s (a great beachfront restaurant), the bridge, a hamburger and hot dog spot, a taco place, and several donut and ice cream shops. Truly the perfect beach escape.
