Equipped with a closet and a trunk for storage, as well as a stand for quick and convenient hanging of your clothes.

The very spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower and is fully equipped with all bathroom fixtures and a hair dryer.

There are three private parking spots: one near the house, outside the property fence, and two near the main road.

The herbs growing in the gardens may be picked and used in the kitchen.

You may pick our fruit (depending on the season): cherries, peaches, plums, grapes, and jujubes.

Although meals and breakfast are not provided, guests are offered a welcome kit consisting of fresh fruit, olive oil and vinegar, bakery items, coffee, tea and herbal teas, butter, and jam—so you can feel right at home and not have to worry about grocery shopping as soon as you arrive.

There is no tourist tax in the municipality of Muggia.
