Characteristic apartment located on the second floor of a historic building not served by an elevator, right above one of the most renowned piazzas of Rome, Piazza Barberini, in the middle of the historical city center. Its strategic location will allow you to explore all the main points of interest of the eternal city just by walking, and, if needed, the bus, metro, and taxi stops are just around the corner (20 meters from the building). Ideal also for shopping being very close to the "Rinascente" and all the city's main shopping areas.

Spacious open-concept living room combining kitchen, living room, and dining room into a single great room. Comfortable sofa-bed facing flat screen smart tv.
Fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances: induction hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.
The main bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The "family room" consists of two communicating rooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a single bed and a TV. Both rooms share an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Washing machine, iron, and ironing board provided. The building is not equipped with an elevator.

City taxes: € 6 per person per night, is not included in the total rate and has to be paid upon arrival.
Late check-in: a late check-in fee of € 30 applies for arrivals after 08.30 PM and € 50 after midnight.

Everything was amazing and smooth. The host was very nice, helped with luggage and gave us local tips. Apartment was very clean and comfortable, beds were amazing. Very centrally located to all major sites. Safe neighborhood.

This apartment was perfect for my 2 adult daughters and me. The location could not have been any better, super close to transit, Trevi fountain and everything else. The rooms were plenty spacious, beds comfortable. The showers were quite small so if that is important to you, go elsewhere. The fact that there were 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets and 2 showers (no matter the size), was more important to me. It is a haul up 4 flights with heavy suitcases but you go up once and down once, not a big deal. Maria at Hometop was very responsive. I appreciated the AC and the the washing machine. There is a large drying rack and my clothes easily dried overnight. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again.
