PARKING: On-site parking for 1 to 2 vehicles
PET FRIENDLY: If bringing pets, there is a $200 non-refundable pet fee and 2 dogs max.
INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.
