Fully furnished apartment in CapCana, a beautiful private resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The apartment is on the ground level, Building 3 of the Aquamarina Condominium—pristine views of the turquoise ocean waters from the living and main bedroom. The best part is just footsteps away, walking directly from the covered terrace onto the pool and beach areas.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, desk/bench, cable TV, a large bathroom with a jet tub and shower, and a hairdryer. The guest bedroom has two queen-sized beds, a cable TV, a bathroom with a bathtub shower, and a hairdryer. The apartment also comes with private, fully furnished maid quarters.
Cable internet service is available in the apartment; the WiFi password is written on the router label.
The AquaMarina health club & spa, beauty salon, and fitness gym are two buildings down and next to the Concierge Reception desk. The gym facilities are private; you can use the gym paying a small daily cost.
CapCana is conveniently located 10 minutes away from the Punta Cana International Airport. CapCana boasts some of the most beautiful beaches with 5km of white sand and palm trees.
Cap Cana provides a shuttle for a nominal fee to all hotels, beaches, restaurants, golf courses, water sports centers, and local grocery stores within the resort.

My wife and I visited this wonderful condo and community for the second time, this time staying for about seven weeks. The accommodation and its location and surroundings are just about perfect in our view, and no review of it would be complete without mentioning that its host, Tony, was extremely attentive and responsive to our every need. The condo itself is very roomy and has a terrific layout with a large primary suite and a nice second bedroom with its own ensuite bath for your guests. One of the condo’s best features is its ground floor location in a quiet section of the development just steps away from two beautiful swimming pools (with attentive staff) and a beautiful beach with cabanas and comfortable chairs. We rented a car and lived the convenient underground parking spot and the easy drive to restaurants, groceries, shopping and the nearby airport. We felt very safe and secure in this beautiful gated community with its many friendly employees. During our lengthy stay, we took advantage of Tony’s available cleaning service on several occasions and it was outstanding. We are already looking into going back next year to enjoy it again.

We would recommend staying here. Was as described. The host Tony was responsive and great at answering our questions. It is great to be able to walk out off the patio straight to the pool and beach. Also nice it was a short walk to the Marina no need for a car or golf cart unless going off site.

Nice and spacious living quarters and bedrooms. The place it’s outdated but functional. There is a mildew odor throughout the living quarters that could be attributed to the humid environment of the Caribbean, but it is noticeable whenever you’re walking into the room.
The kitchen is well equipped, and should have everything that you need to cook your own meals.
The beaches in this area at the time of the year we went were not great as there was a lot of sargassum in the water and the beach is rocky and hard sand. The pool area is where we spend most of the time.
